The GoCrackExam Service is intended to provide a reliable
educational environment for people preparing for professional
examinations.
This Acceptable Use Policy explains conduct that is not permitted
when using GoCrackExam. It applies together with our
Terms of Use
and other applicable policies.

Lawful Use
You must use GoCrackExam only for lawful purposes and in
compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use the Service to facilitate, encourage, or
participate in unlawful activity or to violate the rights of
another person or organisation.

Accounts
You are responsible for activity conducted through your
account and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Unless expressly permitted by GoCrackExam, you must not:
- Share your account credentials with another person.
- Allow another person to use your account.
- Impersonate another user or person.
- Create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to access another user's account.
If you believe that your account has been compromised, you
should notify us promptly.

Content & Materials
GoCrackExam's educational materials are provided for permitted
personal learning and examination preparation purposes.
You must not use the Service to reproduce, redistribute, sell,
publish, license, or commercially exploit substantial portions
of GoCrackExam's content without appropriate authorization.
You must also respect the intellectual property rights of
GoCrackExam and third parties. See our

for additional information.

Scraping & Automated Access
You must not use bots, crawlers, spiders, scripts, automated
browsers, scraping tools, data-mining systems, or similar
technologies to access or collect substantial amounts of
information from the Service without our prior written
permission.
This includes systematic extraction of educational content,
questions, answers, metadata, user information, or other
information made available through the Service.
Normal search-engine indexing or other automated activity that
is expressly permitted by GoCrackExam is not prohibited by this
section.

Security & Technical Restrictions
You must not attempt to bypass, disable, defeat, or circumvent
authentication systems, access controls, subscription
restrictions, rate limits, security mechanisms, or other
technical protections used by GoCrackExam.
You must not probe, scan, test, or attempt to exploit
vulnerabilities in the Service or its underlying systems
without authorization.
You must not obtain or attempt to obtain information that you
are not authorized to access.

Interference & Abuse
You must not use the Service in a way that could reasonably
interfere with its operation, availability, security, or
performance.
Prohibited conduct includes:

Introducing malicious code, malware, or harmful software.

Service.

Circumventing technical or usage restrictions.

Using the Service to conduct attacks against other systems.

Fraud & Misrepresentation
You must not use GoCrackExam to engage in fraud, deception,
impersonation, or other deliberately misleading conduct.
You must not impersonate GoCrackExam, another user, an examination
provider, educational organisation, service provider, or other
third party.
You must not create, host, distribute, or use pages, forms, interfaces,
or other materials that are designed to mislead users about their
identity, affiliation, authorization, or the organisation operating
a service.
You must not provide information that you know is materially
false for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access, benefits,
or services.
You must not misuse payment, subscription, promotional, or
account-related features where those features are made available.

Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this policy and
take reasonable action where appropriate.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include removing
content, restricting access to features, suspending an
account, terminating an account, or taking other measures
necessary to protect the Service and its users.
Serious violations
We may take immediate action where necessary to protect
users, security, intellectual property, or the integrity
and availability of the Service.
Nothing in this policy limits our ability to take action that
may be required or permitted by applicable law.

Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of conduct that may violate this policy,
compromise the security of the Service, or seriously interfere
with other users' access, you may report the matter to us.
Please provide enough information for us to understand and
investigate the concern, including relevant URLs, account
information where appropriate, and a description of the
suspected activity.
